Jazz Concert set for Market Street

Wine and Jazz festival packs Market Street in Parkersburg

David Wells, organizer of the event, said the festival is to benefit the Chocolate Jazz Foundation of which he is the founder and chief executive officer. All proceeds raised at the festival will go to the cause of stopping bullying in public schools locally.
